Gary joined Redbud in September 2012 as a residential draftsperson. He holds an AAS degree in Mechanical Technology and a Drafting Certificate from SUNY Adirondack, bringing technical precision and structural understanding to every project.

Over the years, Gary has risen to become Head of Production and Lead Project Manager, working alongside many of the region’s top contractors, engineers, and architects. Known for his steady leadership and clear communication, he is trusted by both subcontractors and clients alike to keep projects moving efficiently and executed to the highest standard.
