Draftsperson / Junior Designer

Support our design team by turning landscape concepts into accurate technical drawings, models, and construction plans. This role blends creative design support with precise drafting, helping bring outdoor projects from initial idea to build-ready documentation.
- AAS or BA degree in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Construction, or a related field
- Proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred), CAD, and SketchUp with 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
- Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently with strong time-management skills
- Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Conduct field measurements and assist with existing site analysis as part of a project team
- Transfer field data into accurate, detailed as-built drawings
- Interpret and draft landscape architects’ designs using Vectorworks
- 2D drafting
- 3D modeling/rendering in SketchUp

Lead Carpenter

Lead high-end residential construction projects from start to finish, bringing custom outdoor & interior spaces to life with precision craftsmanship. This hands-on role combines carpentry expertise, project leadership, and collaboration with clients & designers to deliver unique builds.
- 8–10+ years of residential construction experience
- Strong carpentry skills across all phases of construction, from framing to finish work
- Ability to manage projects and oversee construction from start to completion
- Comfortable working directly with clients and coordinating with the design team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Lead residential construction projects from start to finish
- Perform hands-on carpentry including framing, finish work, and custom installations
- Coordinate construction activities and maintain project timelines
- Communicate with clients, designers, and team members throughout the project
