Geff earned a B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University in 1993. After four years of working in Glens Falls, he joined an award-winning landscape design/build firm on Long Island. Since then, Geff has worked at nearly every level of the industry, building an incredible portfolio backed by years of expertise.Geff has the great ability to listen and interpret the needs of our clients. He then communicates those needs to the design team and contractors—proactively strategizing and getting the job done— each and every time!
Karen Redick
CONTROLLER & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Karen has a B.A. degree in International Language/Business from the University of Scranton and an MBA in Finance from CUNY Baruch. She has a business background that ranges from small Import/Export companies to working in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance. Karen makes sure all the gears are turning together.
Matt Dennis
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
Matt joined the Redbud team in September 2020. With a degree in Landscape Architecture from ESF, Matt has shown a flair for design and finesse with our clients. He sets the tone in the office with his dilligent work ethic and his bright and sunny personality.
Gary Diehl
PROJECT MANAGER
Gary joined the Redbud team as a residential draftsperson in September 2012. Gary earned an AAS degree in Mechanical Technology and a Drafting Certificate from SUNY Adirondack. Since then, Gary has become head of our Production Department and is our lead Project Manager. Gary has worked some of this area’s best contractors, engineers and architects. Both our subcontractors and our clients love working with Gary, and it’s easy to see why.
