We’re one of the Capital Region’s most respected boutique contractors, known for designing and building high-end, creative residential projects that blur the line between indoors and outdoors. Our work includes custom decks, pool cabanas, outdoor kitchens, and full home remodels, all tailored to each client’s vision and lifestyle.
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of a project. You’ll manage construction from start to finish, coordinate with clients and our design team, and help bring unique, design-driven ideas to life.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 8 to 10+ years of residential construction experience
- Can handle all aspects of construction, framing through finish
- Are comfortable managing projects and working directly with clients
- Take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving
- Have your own small tools, reliable transportation, and a professional appearance
- Want to be part of a growing company that values your input and skill
