• Strong attention to detail and maintaining a clean, efficient work site

• Knowledgeable in multiple trades and construction procedures

• Willingness to take initiative and calculated risks
• Clean, current driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Crew scheduling, coordinating multiple jobs/subs, reading and interpreting blueprints, financial management including billing and collections
• Subcontractor Management: Providing constructive feedback and managing performance
• Construction & Design Interpretation: Understanding construction details and design plans
• Communication: Liaising effectively with clients and contractors

• Microsoft Word

• Outlook
• CAD experience a plus
